Culture Action Europe Public Conference
4-5 October 2013, Rome
‘It’s not just a crisis, it is a transition!’
CAE announces an innovative two-day international conference about the vital role of individual and social cultural capacities in building a way out of the deadlock that threatens Europe, its people and democracy.
As the 2013 international Culture Action Europe conference is getting closer, we are pleased to inform you that our dedicated conference website is now live and open for registration:
www.cultureactioneuropeconference.eu
The website presents many of the aspects of the conference – the concept, the programme, the themes and points of discussion, the speakers, conference fees and information to help you plan your travel and accommodation in Rome, should you need.
Hosted by the extraordinary premises of the Architecture Faculty of the 3rd University of Rome, resulting from the rehabilitation of a former slaughterhouse situated in the core of the city centre, the conference will inspire, argue and debate the vital role of cultural capacities in building a way out of the deadlock that threatens Europe, its people and democracy.
